What is Health Coaching?

Mentorque Health Coaching is a unique combination of life-coaching, fitness training, and nutrition

It's designed for blokes forty-plus, who may have man boobs, beer bellies, or receding hairlines. It's for men who have been told to go easy on the booze and start exercising more. It's for men with families, work stress, bills to pay, jobs to do, people to please, and lawns to mow. And, it's for men who feel tired all the time and trapped in a job or lifestyle they can't see a way out of.

Everyone is different. That's why we'll assess your lifestyle, review where you're at, and look at where you want to be. Then together we'll customise a plan to suit YOU. I can't do the work for you, but I can give you the tools and the support you need to make a positive change. We'll cover a range of topics like the ones listed below.
