How does it work?

It's pretty simple. My job is to help you get your life back on track. 

​I will coach you, support you, cheer you on and challenge you. I will advise you, motivate you, and hold you accountable.

Here's an idea of what you can expect when you work with Mentorque.

1.

First we talk.

First up, we'll have a 30 minute chat online or in-person to see if I can help.  This will cost you nothing, but gives you a chance to meet with me, ask whatever you want, and see if you feel it's the right fit for you. 

2.

Still keen? Sign up.

If after talking, you are keen to move forward, we'll start with a Discovery Session. We look at all aspects of your life right now, talk about what might need to change, what your goals are, and how you can achieve them.

 

3.

The Action Plan

Next we make an action plan.
If you have a significant other, then ideally we include them in this phase, because changing a lifetime of habits is tough, and you will probably need their support.

Then the real work starts. 

Every week we'll have a minimum 30 minute chat, and I'll be checking in with you between catch ups.  I can help you develop a fitness training plan, a nutrition plan, a sleeping plan, a stress management regime, whatever it is you need. We'll work together to get you feeling and functioning at your best. 

 

We can discuss health issues, career changes, relationship challenges, fatherhood, erectile dysfunction, longevity and anti-aging. I'm here to listen without judgment and to support you every step of the way. 

 

I take an integrated, holistic approach, so that means looking at your whole life, not just what you eat and how you move your body. We might even talk about recipes, and how to cook great food!
